You won’t want to miss the three new traveling exhibits offered yearly. And your kids will love returning again and again to their favorites. Kansas Kids Connect is where you can ignite the STEM spark with your little ones. New memories are made daily at Where Kids Rule, a three-story medieval castle. And you can soar into our award-winning Design Build Fly exhibit to learn how planes are created in Wichita aircraft plants. Members also receive free admission to live science shows performed daily.

2. Visit Science Centers Across the Country at No Charge

Exploration Place is a member of the Association of Science and Technology Centers Passport Program. That means your EP membership card serves as your free pass to standout science museums across the country, such as the Tulsa Children’s Museum Discovery Lab, the Perot Museum of Science and Nature in Dallas, the Field Museum in Chicago, the Denver Museum of Science and Nature and more than 300 other destinations.

3. Member Exclusives

Throughout the year, you’ll be invited to numerous members-only events and activities, including an exclusive member preview of each new exhibit, as well as each new film that shows in our dome theater. Members also receive priority booking on popular programs that are in high demand and likely to sell out.

4. Discounts Galore

It pays to be a member! Members get significant discounts on our highly acclaimed camps and memorable birthday parties; at least 25% on movie screenings in the amazing, immersive dome theater; and 10% on all Explore Store and snack bar purchases. Throughout the year, we run regular member specials on events and programs.

As an Exploration Place member, you’re supporting STEM education throughout the whole community. With the support of our members, in 2020-21, we were able to do things such as provide a whole year of free science class for every elementary student in USD 259, make virtual field trips freely accessible to more than 20,000 kids and provide 144 camp scholarships for low-income families.
