Are you passionate about education and working with children? Exploration Place is seeking enthusiastic and responsible educators to spend a paid summer internship inspiring our campers, aged 7-13, in all things STEM related. You will be responsible for assisting with camp activities, preparing snacks and maintaining clean camp areas and rooms.
The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years of age, have at least 6 months of job-related experience working with children and have a valid driver’s license. First Aid/CPR/AED certification is preferred. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. All candidates must pass a federal background check with fingerprinting and a drug screen. There are two shifts for this position, the early shift is 6:30 am – 2:30 pm and the late shift is 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.
Paid training is provided. This seasonal position will run from May 29, 2023 through August 11, 2023.
