As our IT Support Technician you will operate world class theaters, maintain and operate the technology for our meeting spaces and help develop cutting-edge guest experiences.

Primary responsibilities of this position will include:
- Support and operate all of the organization’s IT systems, i.e. employee workstations, telephones and other business systems in a Microsoft environment.
- Deliver technical support for public events and exhibits.
- Support iOS-based point of sale, surveillance VMS and cameras.
- Provide help desk support to local and remote users.
- Work on cross-functional teams to deliver technology portions of projects in a timely manner.
The successful candidate must possess the following attributes: Strong written and verbal communication skills, networking experience, experience in managing and maintaining computer hardware, and excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Ideally, they will have Salesforce experience, networking certification such as Network+ or CCNA, security certification, i.e. Security+ or Fortinet NSE. Certifications on AV systems such as Dante, Q-Sys, or Biamp are also desirable.
