Women in Science - Engineering

1 - 3 p.m.

Meet women engineers from biomechanics to aerospace fields that will provide the highlights of working in STEM careers. Exhibit admission included for scout and paying adult.

Junior Badge Day: Entertainment Technology
Saturday, April 8
10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Earn your Entertainment Technology badge by learning the ins and outs of programming and sound, and create your own animation. Exhibit admission included for scout and paying adult. 

 

 

Brownie Badge Day
Saturday, April 29
12 - 4 p.m.

Earn the inventor badge by using the engineering design process to create a unique invention. Exhibit admission included for scout and paying adult.

Ice Age Camp-In
Grades K - 5
Friday, May 5 - Saturday, May 6
6 p.m. - 9 a.m.

Experience the animals and mega fauna that lived during our last ice age. Assemble a model and dig through sediment to unearth your own creature. Visit the travelling exhibit Discover the Ice Age to find out how humans adapted to this new environment. Enjoy a late night showing of Exploration Place’s newest dome film, Titans of the Ice Age. Late night snack and light breakfast provided.
