Public Programs Associate (Part-time)
This position works with our Public Programs Team. Responsibilities include: conducting interactive activities for our visitors, working in our Dome Theatre and CreatorSpace, performing science demonstrations and assisting with visitors and daily upkeep in our galleries, etc. Public Programs Associates must be enthusiastic, friendly and comfortable interacting with the public. Hours will vary. Evening and weekend hours are required. Fluency in Spanish a plus.

Visitor Services Associate (Part-time)
Responsibilities include: greeting visitors, selling tickets, food and store products, conducting tours, helping with before and aftercare for camp participants, balancing cash drawers, answering phone calls, etc. Hours will vary. Evening and weekend hours are required. Visitor Services Associates must be enthusiastic, friendly and comfortable interacting with the public. Fluency in Spanish a plus.

Informal Science Outreach and Summer Camp Educators (Full-time)
This position will work with all ages through museum-based camps and outreach programs. They will perform many duties such as presenting programs for a variety of audience sizes, delivering hands-on activities, facilitating inquiry-based learning, and serving as a program and education resource for visitors and staff. Full time position includes weekends and holidays as required. A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required. Demonstrated experience teaching science to groups of children in a dynamic, fun, engaging, high paced environment is highly preferred. Multiple positions available. Bachelor's degree in education or science is required; advanced degree preferred. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Tech Services Associate (Full-time)
The Tech Services position will be responsible for general repairs of exhibits, maintenance of building equipment and assisting with traveling exhibit installation and de-installation. Must be knowledgeable in mechanical engineering and fabrication applications, skilled in power tool usage, familiar with safe shop practices and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Fluency in Spanish a plus.
