Special Events Coordinator (part-time)
We are seeking an energetic and creative special events coordinator who will assist with operation and promotion of events, fundraisers and exhibit/dome theater openings. The coordinator's duties will include serving on internal committees, assisting with each event set-up, staffing, security, vendors and sponsors. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented and possess superior project management skills. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or sales required. Minimum of 3 years of proven, successful experience in event coordination/promotion preferred. This is a part time position requiring approximately 25 hours per week, Tuesday - Saturday, with some evenings and weekends. Valid driver's license is required. Spanish fluency a plus.

Visitor Services Associate (Part-time)
Responsibilities include: greeting visitors, selling tickets, food and store products, conducting tours, helping with before and aftercare for camp participants, balancing cash drawers, answering phone calls, etc. Hours will vary. Evening and weekend hours are required. Visitor Services Associates must be enthusiastic, friendly and comfortable interacting with the public. Fluency in Spanish a plus.

Science Educator (Full-time)
This position is for  an enthusiastic informal science educator to conduct educational programs and science interpretation as it relates to the Exploration Place experience and informal learning. This dynamic educator will work with all ages through museum-based and outreach programs. He or she will perform many duties such as developing and presenting programs for a variety of audience sizes, delivering hands-on activities, facilitating inquiry-based learning, and serving as a program and education resource for visitors and staff. Full time position may include weekends and holidays as required. A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required. Demonstrated experience teaching science to groups of children in a dynamic, fun, engaging, high paced environment is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in education or science is required; advanced degree preferred. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
